Hondru CDJR of E-Town offers a number of tire services to repair an issue and keep you moving along. Many of these services may be combined to save time for our customers.

• Flat tire repair: When your tire goes flat, we can often repair the puncture instead of replacing the tire. We'll remove the nail or screw if it's lodged in the tire and patch the tear if possible.
• Tire rotation: Our team can rotate your tires to help extend their life and provide even wear. Tires can be rotated from front to back and across, depending on the tire and your vehicle.
• Tire mounting and balancing: We can mount new tires and balance them to ensure the weight is evenly distributed. When your tires need to be balanced, they will often cause the vehicle to vibrate while driving.
• Wheel alignment: We adjust the wheel's angles to provide more even wear and handling. When the wheel is out of alignment, it can cause the tires to wear unevenly and need to be replaced more often.
• Tire inspection: We'll look at your tires and inspect them for tread wear. We'll let you know if they need to be replaced or if we're concerned about another issue, such as misalignment or tires that are out of balance.

Schedule for Tire Service

Tire services should be performed at regular intervals, but the timeline can vary. For instance, you should have your tires rotated about every 3000-5000 miles - or when you come in for an oil change. We'll also inspect your tires when you come in for other services. A wheel alignment should be performed once or twice a year unless you notice issues with your tires. Tire balancing only needs to be performed as needed or when you buy a new tire. You can check your owner's manual to see when the manufacturer recommends that these services are performed. If you don't have an owner's manual, you can talk to our service team to find out when to schedule your next tire service appointment.
